the season is just beginning and here is a small stopwatch on 10kms makes me happy.
marmande in the wind but on a flat course in 2 rounds, I'm just starting to shut up and back in rhythm but not without difficulty!
for a finish in the top 20 of over 200 runners 37min32 ....
I'm happy .... strongly duathlons first to see if the concatenation is done well ...

I was one of those you entertained at Cannington. Thank you and well done! We spoke briefly about an ear bone from a whale that you thought might be a 2000 year old ‘fossil’. I argued that a ‘fossil’ has to be much older. (of course I can’t judge the age of the ear bone. It may be only 100 years old).

Such a preserved specimen is called a "fossil" if it is older than some minimum age, most often the arbitrary date of 10,000 years ago
You are a magnet to attract many of the children of the lost generations who have surrendered their identity through ‘multi-culturalism’ . Yours is a culture that ‘fits’ our land as few others can. Show others how they can become ‘associate members’. Song, dance, discussion, outings back to Nature.
