since my return from Clearwater, it's resting place.
the race was tough especially on the pedestrian.
is not easy to start a world without being able to run to start swimming, the output of water, and transitions can not take the bike is pointing. (The calf is painful)
the goal was to finish and pass that finish line for one last time in Florida.

now must sit and think about the lineup 2011!!
no Ironman, but try a new skill on half distance and see LAS VEGAS!
